This is an Application for bringing on record the legal representatives of Deceased, who died in the motor vehicular accident.

Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicants, learned Advocate for Respondent No.1 and the learned Advocate for Respondent No.2.

The Appeal is directed against the Judgment and Order dated 09/12/2019, passed by the learned Tribunal, Nanded, in Motor Accident Claim Petition [MACP] No.359/2016, which came to be dismissed vide Order dated 09/12/2019. During the pendency of the said Claim Petition, Original Claimant No.1 - Gulnaz Begum

927-CA-1193-2024.odt Shaikh Ahmed, who was the widow of Deceased, was pregnant and delivered a baby. The Application is to bring on record the name of the said girl child born from the wedlock between the Deceased and Original Claimant No.1.

There can be no impediment if the Application is allowed. Hence, the Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clauses - 'A' and 'B'. The necessary amendment be carried out within a period of [2] weeks. A copy of amended Claim Petition be served on the learned Advocate for the Respondents.
