Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned APP for the State.

The allegations appears not sufficient to believe that the applicants have abated the deceased to commit suicide. The applicant and the family of the deceased had a dispute over the public water tap. In view of the facts of the case, the application deserve to be allowed. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant, (1) Devrao Fakira Kashinde (2) Meerabai Gautam Kashinde and (3) Jyoti Chandramani Dhule, be released on

939-ba-199-2023.odt (2) bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection with Crime No.572 of 2022, registered with Akhada Balapur Police Station, Tq. Kalamnuri, District Hingoli for the offence punishable under Section 306, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on the condition that they shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
