These applications are for seeking stay to the execution and implementation of impugned common judgment and award dated 11-12-2014 passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Osmanabad in LAR No. 48 of 2009.

It is submitted that initially SLO has granted rate of compensation for Rs. 700/- per R while the court has enhanced rate to the extent of

(2) ca344.22 Rs. 2250/- per R which according to the applicants is excessive and exorbitant. It is the submission of applicant that sale transactions are of different villages which cannot be used as a sale instance. 3.

The applicants are ready to deposit the entire awarded amount. However, seeks stay for execution.

In view of above, execution of impugned award is stayed subject to deposit the entire awarded amount within 12 weeks from today.

The applications stand disposed of.
