The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal is filed by the petitioner for validation of the tribe claim in February 2021. The petitioner requires the validity certificate for admission to the professional course.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the real uncle and brother of the petitioner are issued with the validity certificate. The respondents be directed to issue validity certificate to the petitioner. The learned counsel further submits that the vigilance has been conducted.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the vigilance report is not yet received by the committee.

It is the case of total lethargy on the part of the petitioner. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition only on 27.01.2022. The petitioner ought to have approach the Court earlier if the petitioner wanted directions for deciding the tribe claim. 5.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 04.02.2022. The committee shall thereafter endeavour to decide the proceeding as expeditiously as possible considering that the petitioner is exploring possibility of admission to the professional course. 6.

We would expect from the committee to decide the validation proceeding within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
