By this Application, delay of 75 days is sought to be condoned. The delay is occasioned in filing Appeal under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act by original claimant. Though Respondents are served, none appeared for opposing the Application. The cause for delay is sufficiently explained. Delay in filing the Appeal is condoned. In view of this, Application stands allowed.
