It is stated that the petitioner No.2 is working as an Assistant Teacher in a Madhyamik Ashram School. Paragraph No.7, therefore, needs to be corrected.

It is further stated that the name of Mr. A.V.Rakh is wrongly mentioned as 'Mr. A.D.Rakh' and this needs to be corrected. 4.

The motion is allowed. The words "'Assistant Teacher' in a school operated by the Zilla Parishad" shall be substituted and read as "'Assistant Teacher' in Madhyamik Ashram School". Name of Advocate in appearance clause be corrected as "Mr. A.V.Rakh". ( RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J. ) ...
