Heard. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners desire to avail of alternative remedy by filing appeal before the Appellate Authority against order dated 30.10.2014. In view of this, learned Counsel seeks liberty to withdraw the petitions. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. Learned Counsel submits that the petitioners would prefer appeal within four weeks from today. In view of this, interim relief granted vide

( 2 ) crwp74.15 order dated 22.01.2015 shall remain in force for a limited period of four weeks. In the eventuality the appeal is not filed within the stipulated period of four weeks, the interim relief shall stand automatically vacated. The writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that all the contentions raised in the present petitions are kept open.
