Learned counsel for the applicant No.1- Acquiring Body submits that decreetal amount has already been deposited in the appeal and permission to withdrawal of the same is granted in favour of respondent-original claimant on certain terms and conditions. In such circumstances, there is no propriety to keep alive present application for stay in the proceedings.
