Heard rival submissions. The application is for correction in the name of applicant No.1B i.e. "Vikas" instead of "Vilas" in the Civil Application as well as First Appeal which is on stamp number. It appears that the Reference Court has corrected the name of appellant No.1B as prayed in the judgment and award also. In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). The correction be carried out forthwith.
