The learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, prays for withdrawal of the petition, with liberty to approach the competent forum including judicial forum in view of the grievance that the property was demolished and the prejudice to these petitioners can be compensated and quantified in monetary terms, if any, under the provisions of law. 2.

The petition is allowed to be withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.

We further make it clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case, such as, the entitlement and rights of the petitioners.
