The learned AGP raises a preliminary objection that the Petitioners have an alternate remedy available before the College Tribunal. Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the College Tribunal is not available at Pune.

The Petitioners can file and approach the in-charge Presiding Officer of the College Tribunal.

In light of that, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioners to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
