When the present applications are taken up for hearing, the order passed in the connected matters arising out of the same acquisition is tendered across the bar. The said order is passed in Civil Application No.13564 of 2018 in First Appeal No.4416 of 2017 with connected matters on 01.11.2018.

Similar order is sought in the present matters. Hence, the following order:

ORDER

i) The applicants in both the applications are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

ii) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 25% of the deposited amount on furnishing solvent security in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

iii) Balance amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalized bank for the period till disposal of the appeals.

iv) Applications for withdrawal of amount stand disposed of.
