The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submits that, in this matter, the hearing had concluded on 03rd September, 2016 and matter was reserved for judgment. However, on account of change of coram, the judgment could not be delivered. The matter would require re-hearing. Within a period of three months the Committee would decide the proceeding.
