The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that despite his efforts to contact the petitioner, he has not received any instructions. One envelop sent by Speed Post A.D. has been returned with remark that the petitioner has passed away. It appears that his family has not accepted the said letter and it has been returned to the learned advocate.
