The Writ Petition has been dismissed for non removal of office objections. Two days delay is caused in filing this application. 2.

Heard. The Respondents oppose.

The delay of two days cannot be said to be deliberate or inordinate.

For the reasons set out, this Application is allowed on the condition that all office objections shall be removed on or before 22nd February, 2024. Only thereafter, the Petition shall be restored at the stage at which it was dismissed.
