Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the order of this court is partly complied with. First time bound promotion is not granted. According to the respondent, when the petitioner completed 12 years, he was in Government service. As such, claim of the petitioner for first time bound promotion was rejected and second time bound has been granted.

In case, according to the petitioner the order is erroneous, then in that case the petitioner is entitled to assail the said order. Respondent has taken decision upon the proposal in a particular manner.

Considering the above aspect, though belatedly, the order is complied with. The contempt stands purged. The contempt petition is disposed of. No costs.
