Petitioners are before us aggrieved by the fact that in spite of the directions of this court in Writ Petition No.13059 of 2019 dated 17.10.2019 whereby the respondent - Collector and the Special Land Acquisition Officer were directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application under section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act for not being decided in the stipulated time. 2.

Learned AGP tenders across the bar the communication received from the Special Land Acquisition Officer about having passed the order under section 28A in petitioner's matter on 15.09.2022 and even the demand for the amount of compensation has been raised with the acquiring body. The 1/2
