ORDER

I) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

II) Balance amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalized Bank for the period till disposal of the appeals.

III) The hearing of the appeals is expedited.

IV) Record and Proceedings be called.

V) List the matters for further consideration on 20.03.2019.
