Mr. Munde, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the proposal has been decided by the Education Officer vide order dated 8.10.2014. At the time of filing of contempt petitions, it was not within the knowledge of the petitioners. According to learned counsel, the petitioners be given liberty to challenge the said decision. 2.

As the proposal is already decided, the contempt stands purged. Needless to state that if the petitioners are aggrieved by the adverse order passed while deciding the proposal, the petitioners have alternate remedy to assail the same.
