The material investigation appears to have been completed. The weapons also appears to have been recovered. The offence against the applicant is under Section 326, 323, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of the dispute and material progress in the investigation, nothing appears to be recovered from the applicant. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant, Sunil Kisan Dhawale, be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection with Crime No.14

942-ba-204-2023.odt (2) of 2022, registered with Pimpalner Police Station, District Beed for the offence punishable under Section 326, 323, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on the condition that he shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
