In view of the submissions made, the following order is passed:

ORDER

i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 90% of the amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court.

ii) Balance amount be invested in Fixed

iii) Both civil applications for withdrawal of amount stand disposed of.

iv) List the appeals for final disposal on 06.12.2018.
