ORDER :

According to the learned A.G.P. the petitioners have been paid with the differences of the revised pay scale, so also the arrears of the salary.

According to the learned counsel for petitioners, the petitioner nos.15, 16, 17, 19 and 30 have not been paid the arrears of the salary.

The respondents and petitioners are not ad idem about the quantum of the amount payable. According to the respondents, the entire amount has been paid.

In that view of the matter, the petitioner nos.15 to 17, 19 and 30 may approach the respondent no.2 with their grievance. The respondent no.2 shall consider the grievance of these petitioners and shall take decision upon it preferably within a period of three months from the date of their application on its own merits.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
