By order dated 03.04.2014, this Court directed the respondents to enquire into the complaint lodged by the petitioners and to take appropriate remedial measures.

Affidavit-in-reply is filed by respondent no.5 stating that three members committee under Chairmanship of the Sub-Divisional Officer, Tahsildar and Naib Tahsildar was constituted, who inquired into the complaint of the petitioners and after hearing them order was passed on 18.06.2015. Therefore, the direction is complied with. 3.

Learned Advocate for the petitioners addressed on merits of the order passed by the Enquiry Committee, we are not inclined to go into the merits of the order.

In view of compliance of the order, contempt petition is
