The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal for grant of B.Ed. Pay scale is pending with the Education Officer since September 2018. The same is not yet decided.

The learned Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents no. 1 and 2 and submits that if the proposal is pending, then the authority will decide it on its own merits.

In case the proposal seeking B.Ed. Pay scale is pending with respondent no. 2 (Page No. 12), then respondent no. 2 shall decide it on its own

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
