PER COURT :- The impugned order dated 9.6.1997 has been issued by the Zilla Parishad, thereby, imposing the punishment of stoppage of one annual increment. This Court has refused interim relief to the petitioner on 12.8.1998.

In view of the above, I do not find that this issue deserves to be dealt with after the passage of 21 years.

This petition is, therefore, disposed off as being infructuous. Rule is discharged.
