The application is pending since December 2015. The

Mr.N.P.Patil (Jamalpurkar), learned advocate for Respondent Nos.3 and 4 submits that the application filed by the petitioners seeking appointment on compassionate ground would be considered on its own merits and decision would be taken within eight (8) weeks.
