2] It appears that the office has failed to register the present Civil Application for ten years from 2005 to 2015. The present applicant could not remove the office objections and therefore, the registration of the appeal was refused in 2003.

The appeal be restored to file on the condition that the applicant removes the office objections within four weeks from the date of this order.
