The present writ petitions are filed against the interim order passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Nashik Region, Nashik in Appeal No.4 of 2023, No.5 of 2023 and No.6 of 2023. Observations on merits of the case by this Court at this stage would prejudice the parties to the appeal. In view of the same, it is directed that the appellate authority i.e. Divisional Joint Registrar to decide the appeals on its own merits as expeditiously as possible. 2.
