Considering the fact that she has been appointed and is supposed to furnish the validity within six months, we dispose of the Writ Petition requesting the Scrutiny Committee to consider the petitioner's plight and endeavour to decide her proposal at the earliest and in any case within three months. 3.

The petitioner's services shall stand protected for a period of three months.
