The Writ Petitions were dismissed at a preadmission stage on account of non removal of office objections. Delay of 258 days and 287 days, respectively, is caused in filing these two Civil Applications.

We have heard the learned AGPs on behalf of the

On the condition of depositing Rs.1/- (Rupee One) per day, i.e. Rs.258/- in CA No.2433/2024 and Rs.287/- in CA No.2498/2024, with the Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad and removing all office objections in the Writ Petitions, on or before 21.03.2024, the Civil Applications are allowed and the Writ Petitions shall be registered.
