This petition challenges the order passed by the learned 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jalgaon, below Exhibit-25 in Regular Darkhast No. 582/2016, thereby directing to deduct 1/3rd monthly salary of the petitioner till recovery of outstanding maintenance amount of Rs. 1,05,000/- of the respondent. 2.

The learned advocate for the petitioner undertakes to deposit arrears of maintenance of Rs. 1,05,000/-, in this Court, by tomorrow. If the petitioner deposits an amount of Rs. 1,05,000/-, by Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 1-WP-1559-2022 tomorrow, the impugned order passed by the Executing Court shall stand quashed and aside.
