The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application for corrected tribe certificate. The original certificate issued to the petitioner on 11.07.2014 is with incorrect spelling of the tribe Koli Mahadev.

The petitioner shall file an online application. The petitioner shall submit the original tribe certificate issued to him with the incorrect spelling with the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Osmanabad. On receipt of the original

2 wp 1554.20 tribe certificate from the petitioner the Sub Divisional Magistrate shall confirm about the issuance of the said tribe certificate from its office and if satisfied that the same was issued by the office shall issue the corrected tribe certificate to the petitioner, preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from the date the petitioner submits the original tribe certificate. 3.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
