Heard the rival submissions. The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 547 days in fling the frst appeal, which appears to be caused due to their fnancial crisis. The learned Counsel for respondent - Insurance Company strongly opposed the application. However, considering the statutory right of the applicants, the delay of 547 days stands condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay.

The appeal be placed for admission after removal of offce objections, if any.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
