Learned APP, on instructions in writing, submits that the Investigating Officer, with the permission of the Court, has added the Sections 324, 376 and 376(n) of IPC. In view of addition of Sections 324, 376 and 376(n) of IPC, accused Rajesh Sahebrao Gavai came to be arrested in connection with the crime and subsequently he is released on bail.

In view of the above, the purpose of filing of this criminal writ petition is over and nothing survives in this petition for further consideration. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also accepted the same. The criminal writ petition is accordingly disposed off.

We quantify the fees for the appointed counsel at Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) to be paid by the High Court Legal Services, Sub-committee, Aurangabad.
