It appears that, the petitioners have filed an application U/ Sec. 64 and 76 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (for short "Act of 2013") with the respondent No. 3 (page 87).

The authority shall take steps as contemplated U/Sec. 64 of the Act of 2013 for referring the said matter to the competent authority/Court as contemplated under the Statute. Of course, if the said application is complete in all respects. The petitioners may remain present before the respondent No. 3 where the petitioners claim to have filed application,on 23rd December, 2021 and the steps shall be taken by the authority in compliance of Section 64 and 76 of the Act of 2013, expeditiously and preferably

2 wp 13057.21 within a period of one (01) month from today and refer it to the competent authority. If there is any deficiency, the petitioners shall comply the same.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
