Present petition can be disposed of as the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide his tribe claim. 2.

It appears that he has filed his tribe claim on 6.9.2023. Therefore, taking into consideration the procedure to be adopted by the Committee, pendency with the Committee and the purpose for which the petitioner is in need of the validity certificate, we direct the respondent No.2 to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible.
