Mr.Wagh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has made representation to the Respondent No.3 for implementing the order passed by the Consolidation authority, confirmed up to the Hon'ble Minister. However, no cognizance is taken of the applications/representations filed by the petitioner. 4.

In case the representations filed by the petitioner (Exhs.D and E) are pending with Respondent No.3, the Respondent No.3 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law

after considering all relevant aspects expeditiously, preferably within three (3) months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
