Learned Counsel for the applicant, upon instructions makes a motion for withdrawal of the application. Motion is accepted. 2.

Criminal Application stands dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

Looking to the fact that the applicant is of age of 28 years and has suffered 70% burn injuries in the incident in question, in my opinion, it will be appropriate to expedite the trial, particularly having regard to the fact that there are no criminal antecedents. 4.

As such, the Sessions Judge, Jalna is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from today.
