2] Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent nos.1 to 4. Mr.P.D.Suryawanshi, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent no.5.

3] In case proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner from 20% grant-in-aid post to 100% grant-in-aid post is pending with the Education

4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
