The petitioners have alternate remedy in the nature of revision before the learned Minister. It is informed that revision has already been filed, but due to pandemic, the petitioners are unable to go to Mumbai. The parties are at ad-idem to submit that continuing the interim relief for a period of six months, writ petition can be disposed of and the petitioners would press the revision which has already been filed before the learned Minister. 1 / 2

In view of above, writ petition stands disposed of. Ad-interim relief in the nature of status-quo granted on 27th January, 2020, to continue for a period of six months. The learned Minister would do well to decide the revision within a period of ten months on receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
