It is submitted that the validation proceeding is pending since December-2016. However, the same is not yet decided. 3.

The learned Addl.G.P. states that the Authority would decide it in accordance with law.

In case the validation proceeding is pending, the respondent No. 2 - Committee shall endeavour to decide the proceeding expeditiously and preferably within four (4) months. The petitioner shall cooperate is expeditious disposal of the proceeding. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 27th February, 2018.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
