The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the appeal filed by the respondent-insurer came to be dismissed by this Court and as such, the applicant may be permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited before this Court.

The learned counsel for respondent-insurer has not disputed this position.

In view of the above, the applicants is hereby permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B and 'C'. Civil application accordingly disposed of.
