Mr. Vibhute, learned Counsel submits that since November, 2014, application for issuance of Tribe Certificate in favour of the petitioner is pending. The same is not yet decided.

Learned A.G.P. states that in case same is pending, the Authority would decide on its own merits. 4.

Considering the fact that the application for grant of Tribe Certificate filed by the petitioner is

( 2 ) wp1439.17 pending since 2014, respondent No.2 shall decide the said application on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within six weeks. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
