The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that validation proceeding is pending since 2016. The petitioner has appeared for final year (8th semester) of B. Tech. The result of the petitioner is not declared. The mark sheets of the 2nd semester of the 1st year to 8th semester are not given to the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 04.03.2021. The committee shall thereafter decide the validation proceeding of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

The respondents shall not withhold the result of the petitioner' s examination only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. The respondents also may not retain the mark sheets of the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. 4.

The respondents may not issue the degree certificate to the petitioner till he produces validity certificate. 5.

The respondents may take further course of action depending upon the judgment of the scrutiny committee in the validation proceeding.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
