The applicant Acquiring Body is seeking recalling of order dated 30.11.2021 whereby registration of its frst appeal was refused for non-removal of offce objections. There is also a huge delay for fling this application. The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove all the offce objections within four weeks.

In view of the same, the order dated 30.11.2021 stands recalled and the appeal be restored for removal of offce objections within four weeks subject to deposit of cost of Rs.1,500/- to be paid to the Government Pleader's Library, High Court, Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
