By way of present application, the applicant prays for early hearing of the petition. The petition is filed in the year 2017. Rule is

1888.19ca (2) granted in the petition. The claim is of unpaid salary. The petitioner is a person of 38 years of age.

Considering these facts, at this stage, we are not inclined to consider the prayer and entertain the application. The petitioner is permitted to revive his request after twelve (12) weeks.
