This court by order dated 11.1.2016 disposed of criminal revision application No. 283 of 2014 with certain directions. So far as clause III of operative part of said order is concerned, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant-husband was directed to pay maintenance to his wife at the rate of Rs.5000/- p.m. from the date of filing of petition and the same is modified and the applicant husband is directed to pay said maintenance from 15.12.2014. Learned counsel for the applicant-husband submits that the same modification may kindly be ordered for making payment of maintenance to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 i.e. minor children. The modification about maintenance to the wife from a particular date is made by keeping in mind that she should get the maintenance not from the date of application but from certain date. However, the said

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that even the matter is kept today for hearing. In view of this, criminal application cannot be entertained and the same is hereby dismissed. No costs. ( V. K. JADHAV, J.) rlj/
