ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. The applicant is seeking withdrawal of entire deposited amount of compensation, which has been deposited by the Acquiring Body alongwith the interest accrued thereon. The Acquiring Body has deposited 50% of the impugned award.

However, This Court, in other connected matters, vide order dated 07.04.2017, has already permitted the applicants therein to withdraw 75% of the entire deposited compensation amounts. As such, the applicant herein is permitted to withdraw the entire deposited amount of compensation alongwith the interest accrued thereon till date, on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
