Heard learned counsel the petitioners.

The petitioner is a student. The petitioners submitted the applications to sole respondent Sub Divisional Officer, Degloor, Dist. Nanded on 03.10.2018 for issuance of cast certificate, that the petitioner belongs to 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe alongwith the application. Necessary documents are also submitted as the petitioners are desirous of prosecuting their studies. In case of, if the job opportunity is available to stake their claim for police recruitment, the petitioners are a need of the caste certificate. 3.

Our attention was invited to a representation to that effect to the Sub Divisional Officer dated 10.12.2018. The learned counsel submits that as the application is pending before the respondent for considerable long time the directions be issued to the respondent to take early decision on the application and

( 2 ) wp1375.19 issue certificate to the petitioner.

This being limited prayer petition is taken up for hearing disposal at the admission stage. The copy of the application submitted to the Sub Divisional Officer as well the other documents in support of claim of the petitioner are place on record.

In view of these facts, the petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent to take a decision on application dated 03.10.2018 and if the respondent arrived at a conclusion that the petitioner has submitted sufficient material to issue certificate, the sole respondent to issue certificate expeditiously. The entire exercise be completed by the respondent as early as possible and not later than six weeks from the date of order of this Court.

With the above directions, the petition is disposed of.
