1] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that validation proceedings is pending since February, 2021. 2] The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 30th March, 2022. The Committee shall, thereafter, endeavour to decide the said validation proceedings expeditiously, preferably within four months. 3] As far as other prayers regarding Section 5-B of the Maharashtra S.C. S.T. De-notified Tribes [Vimukta Jati] OBC and SBC Category [Regulation of issuance and verification] of Caste Certificates Act, 2000 is concerned, the petitioner shall agitate the same, if occasions arise.
